York Creek Grappa is made in the traditional style from pressed pomace unmixed with wine. It has that serious character that pleases only the true grappa believer! We make it in our pot still, and after experimenting with all of our red wine varieties, we chose Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot pomace as our favorites.
